Are there any contracts?
At Tyton Media, we don't believe in long contracts and un-needed forms. We provide a simple month-to-month service that can be cancelled at any time.
After 12 consecutive months with Tyton Media, you can cancel your subscription and take all website content, articles, images, layouts and HTML/CSS.
How long until I get my custom website?
It generally takes about 2-3 weeks; after you have approved the creative brief, for us to create your new custom website. It can sometimes take longer depending on the revisions and add-on services.
What payments do you accept?
We currently accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover Network, American Express, & PayPal.
What is SEO?
SEO stands for search engine optimization. Is the the act of methodology of getting more visitors to your website via search engines. Our professional SEO services increase your website position in the top search engines like Google, Bing and Yahoo.
What digital advertising platforms do you offer?
Our expert digital advertising team can create and manage campaigns in most advertising platforms including: Adwords, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, Instagram and Pinterest Ads.
What is content creation?
Creating engaging content for your website is what attracts customers from search engines and social media websites. Our creative content team will write relevant articles on your website... resulting in better rankings and more customers.
What social media platforms do you manage?
We currently create and manage Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+, Pinterest LinkedIn and YouTube profiles.
With our social media management add-on, you can choose how much you want us to post on your social media profiles.
What does website maintenance include?
In the build process, you can request unlimited changes and revisions until you are completely happy. Once your website is launched, website maintenance includes any editing of the website like text, images or layouts. This does not include content creation and SEO.
Can I edit the website myself?
Of course! All of our websites are run on Wordpress which is the most powerful content management system online. If you would like to create blog posts, edit pages and manage the website, that is totally cool. If not, we can manage it for you!
What kind of server will my website be hosted on?
We have our own fully managed dedicated servers that we host all of our websites on.
What kind of customer service do you offer?
We offer a plethora of customer service options for our customers. When you sign up with Tyton Media, you will be assigned a dedicated account manager that will walk you through the simple process.
Your dedicated account manager will be available via email, live chat and phone.
Who writes the website copy?
That's totally up to you. We would love to write your website copy free-of-charge but if you want to write it yourself, we completely understand.
